Welcome to WaMEC 2025 Following the great success and interest generated by the 5th edition of the International Conference on Materials and Environment (JIME2019), organized by our Laboratory of Applied Chemistry and Environment in two institutions of Ibnou Zohr University, such as the Faculty of Sciences of Agadir and the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Aït Melloul, the International Conference on Water, Materials, and Environment (WaMEC2025) will be held this time by the Laboratory of Applied Chemistry and Environment (LACAPE – FS Agadir) in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Research and Innovation Laboratory (LMRI - FP Khouribga) and the Moroccan Association of Applied Sciences and Environment (AMSAE). This event, focusing on the main topics "Water, Materials, and Environment," will take place on November 12-13, 2025 in Agadir – Morocco.

Publications • Conference Proceedings: All accepted abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be published online in the official WaMEC 2025 Proceedings, ensuring accessibility to a global audience. • Journal Publication Opportunity: Authors of selected high-quality abstracts will be invited to submit their work for peer-reviewed publication in SCOPUS indexed journals as part of special issues in journals collaborating with WaMEC 2025. Detailed instructions for journal submissions will be provided on the “PUBLICATIONS” page, with direct links to the journals’ special issue webpages.

To submit your abstract and/or full text on WaMEC2025 Sciencesconf website : - it is necessary to have an account on SciencesConf or “Create one“ by clicking here - then, login by clicking on the button “Connect“ - Once logged into the platform, click the “Abstract Submission” button and follow the steps to submit your abstract or article.
Student Awards The Student Awards will be given to the studies that will be selected by the committee among the orals and posters presented in the Conference. The WaMEC 2025 Student Awards aim to recognize and encourage exceptional contributions by young researchers. Registered students are eligible to apply for the awards during the abstract submission process.
