Submission > Registration Procedures

To complete your registration, please navigate to the "Register" tab in the menu. There, you can either access the registration platform if you already have a SciencesConf.org account or create a new one if you do not.

IMPORTANT:

• Creating an account or submitting an abstract on https://wamec2025.sciencesconf.org/ does not equate to official registration.

• Your registration will only be confirmed once your payment has been successfully received.

Steps to register and submit abstracts via the platform:

1. Creating a personal account on SciencesConf.org:

On the conference website https://wamec2025.sciencesconf.org/, select "Create an account" from the drop-down list under the "Login" menu, then follow the instructions to set up your account on the SciencesConf.org platform.
Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to validate your account.

2. Registration and abstract submission:

Log in to WAMEC 2025 via the conference link.
Click on "Login", then enter your username and password.
Proceed with your registration and submit your abstract through the "Register – Submission" menu.
