Guidelines for Preparing Your Poster Presentation (E-Poster)

– WaMEC 2025 –

Please find below the guidelines for preparing your poster presentation (E-Poster) in WaMEC2025:

E-Posters (electronic posters) must be prepared according to the following instructions so that they can be displayed on LCD screens set in landscape format within a dedicated area. Participants of WaMEC 2025 will be able to view them at any time throughout the duration of the conference.

Format of Your E-Poster

Your electronic poster must be created using PowerPoint (.pptx or .ppt) on a single slide in landscape format (16:9) with a resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels.

We strongly recommend using the attached “E-Poster Template” for formatting.

Some Recommendations

• Use fonts compatible across all systems (Arial, Georgia, Times New Roman).
• Your E-Poster may be structured as follows: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
• Please avoid including animations or videos.

To ensure proper classification of posters in our database, please name your file as follows:

                                                   Abstract number – Participant’s name.pptx          =====>     (example: 656688–TAYOUT.pptx)

Files must be sent by e-mail no later than Monday, November 10, 2025.
